Quite simply, every vegan could use a little support here and there. Personally, as I transitioned into a plant-based lifestyle, I found myself constantly scouring the internet for answers to my hundreds of questions. I was looking for nutritional information, I needed inspiration and motivation when old cravings hit me, and I wanted to find new, delicious recipes to satisfy my former omnivorous palate. I eventually found most of what I was looking for, but only by investing a lot of time diving down many, many different rabbit holes. Each source seemed to have its own little niche within the vegan world. But, what if all of that information was in one place? Wouldn't that be nice?! That question got me thinking. Now, I'm no expert, but I've learned a few things about this lifestyle along the way, and I wanted to share the love and knowledge I've gathered so far on this journey! So, with that notion in mind...
New Vegan Heart was born!
The overall goal at NVH is to provide support, information, ideas, motivation, recipes, etc. to any and all who are interested to learn more about the vegan lifestyle. We understand the challenges you may face, from yourself and those around you, and we want to remind you that you are making a difference.
